About the Job
We're looking for a new team member for our Venture Development Team – a group of ambitious business generalists who have two main responsibilities: First, they define and execute value-driving projects with our ventures in areas such as internationalisation, commercial operations, and interim management… and really anything else that we see as a business priority. Second, they team up with one of our Partners to manage a set of investments. This entails preparing board meetings, communicating between our partners and our operational teams, identifying support opportunities and staffing our 100+ operational experts according to our portfolio companies’ needs.
As a working student in our Venture Development Team, you will help us to stay focused, be organised, maintain structure, and manage the operational support at our ventures.

In this role, you’ll:
- Keep a continuous overview of all ongoing operational resources at our ventures
- Maintain our employee time tracking tool and monthly support plan
- Organise and manage resource adjustments and updating related documents
- Help to organise and execute kick-off workshops for new investments
- Improve and automate internal processes
- Be flexible and able to support smaller projects, both internally and externally
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s programme
- A good understanding of project, stakeholder and/or process management
- Analytical skills
- Attention to details and numbers
- Strong skills in Excel and Google sheets or PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills
- Reliable and trustworthy behavior
- Proactive communication
- Professional proficiency of English (German is a plus)
Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
