About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Consolidation and Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies to ensure proper consolidation of their financial data in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). 

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on resolving accounting issues and performing financial data consolidation while supporting the further development of their internal control system. 

Join our portfolio company: An Austrian MedTech company focused on manufacturing dental CAD/CAM equipment and materials. This leading pioneer of digital dental technology has offices across the globe.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be responsible for planning, organising and executing the consolidation of financial data in accordance with IFRS
  • Ensure that all subsidiaries are included in the consolidation and that financial data is consolidated accurately and in a timely manner
  • Be responsible for the timely creation/consolidation of our portfolio company’s group-wide reporting according to IFRS and the associated sub-reports for various stakeholders
  • Ensure IFRS compliance by monitoring developments in IFRS and updating processes accordinglyConduct detailed analyses of consolidated financial data to identify key insights and initiate decision-making processes with key stakeholders
  • Monitor, develop and optimse the company's internal control system to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes

Typical tasks (ONLY IF MORE THAN 5-6 POINTS)

  • Assist with internal and external audits, making sure that all necessary documentation and information is available for audit purposes
  • Develop integrated corporate planning and forecasting for individual companies and the group 
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare financial forecasts and budgets at a consolidated level
  • Support in the group's liquidity planning, including monitoring cash flow, liquidity forecasts
  • Implement and document the group-wide transfer price structure and support in developing its strategic design
  • Provide training and assistance to employees in complying with internal control procedures and policies

Your Profile

  • Relevant professional experience in the consolidation of financial data in accordance with IFRS
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
  • Knowledge of the consolidation software LucaNet or comparable software is an advantage
  • High level of integrity and ethics to manage confidential financial information and maintain ethical standards
  • Reliability, flexibility, resilience and a structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Completed university degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field
  • Strong communications skills in German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Mäder (Vorarlberg, Austria) office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
